Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Must be open to department hours 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, hours may rotate

Job description

• Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers in U.S. Dollars and foreign currencies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines and limits for commercial customers.
• Handle incoming wire transfers through the Bank’s correspondent relationships, ensuring proper disclosures for International Consumer Remittance Wires.
• Collaborate with branches, business units, and commercial customers to resolve exception items, assist with payments, and manage wire transfer instructions received via phone, email, or fax.
• Perform security procedures for all payment transactions, maintain daily log sheets of wire activity, and support Financial Reporting System (FRS) requests for customer account information.
• Assist with SWIFT payments, daily settlement processes, and scanning documents into the imaging system, while maintaining compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Must have (1) year of related experience in banking/financial services or relatable experience
• Must be MS Office proficient including MS Excel
• Employer will perform testing
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check required
