Campus Director - Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership across the organization to foster growth and innovation.
  • Make strategic decisions related to company policy, operational plans, and long-term direction.
  • Report directly to the CEO, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of operational policies and the execution of the strategic plan.
  • Cultivate and develop the company’s culture, ensuring it aligns with the company’s vision and values.
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of key staff members as necessary.
  • Foster a high-performance work environment that promotes positive morale and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the Vice President of Finance, Chief Information Officer, and other executives to drive organizational success.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and manage the filing of necessary documents.
  • Work in partnership with the executive board to align efforts toward the company’s mission and both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Proactively identify and address business challenges and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external organizations to further the company’s mission.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of the organization.
  • Partner with the Human Resources team to ensure effective talent acquisition and workforce development.
  • Monitor admissions and marketing practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Provide support to the academic team to ensure the success of educational programs and initiatives.
  • Work with Financial Aid and Accounts Receivable departments to maintain strong financial health and cash flow.
  • Collaborate with the Student Services team to ensure exceptional student support and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong focus on compliance in all aspects of the organization’s operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in an academic or campus-based environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accreditation standards and labor laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus and foster relationships with executives, partners, and staff.
  • In-depth understanding of human resources and personnel management.
  • Experience with corporate governance and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and make sound decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and foster trust.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and delegate tasks appropriately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000 per year
