driving new business opportunities, and establishing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook to independently identify and
- Conduct in-depth customer analysis to accurately target and qualify leads, and follow up with
- Negotiate business terms including pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms, ensuring
- Represent the company in client meetings, factory video tours, and maintain regular
- Develop and execute a personal sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Attend international electronics industry exhibitions and events to promote the company's
- Regularly report progress and updates to the headquarters in China, aligning with the
- Prepare and submit project plans, sales reports, opportunity lists, and perform market analysis
- Travel to meet clients in the U.S. for pre-sale and post-sale support, including after-sales
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PCBA/EMS, with a solid
- Prior experience in large account sales within the electronics manufacturing industry is highly
- Strong market development skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and proven sales expertise
- Base Salary: $8,000 - $10,000 USD/month
- Commission: Receive bonuses based on order completion and payment collection:
- 1.5% for the first year,
- 1% for the second year,
- 0.5% for the third year, with a reset in the fourth year
