Role Overview :
We are seeking a Project Architect with 5 years of experience to oversee a variety of architectural projects from start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure the successful delivery of designs that align with client goals. This position is ideal for someone who is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating impactful spaces.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage architectural projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client needs and quality standards.
- Prepare and, when necessary, independently complete construction documents, particularly for commercial projects.
- Navigate building codes and identify cost-effective materials and solutions to meet project goals.
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure technical excellence and clear communication throughout the project.
- Contribute to a collaborative, adaptable work environment where team members take on a variety of roles.
- Work primarily on local projects in Central Oregon (Redmond, Prineville, Madras, and similar communities), with occasional opportunities for projects beyond the region.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD experience is helpful but not required).
