Task Description
Support to address the diverse IT needs of DKI APCSS staff, faculty, and participants. Level 1 Help Desk personnel provide first-line support for basic IT issues, while Level 2 Help Desk personnel handle more complex problems and escalations. These teams are crucial for maintaining user productivity and ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
Basic IT issue resolution, hardware and software setup, and user support.

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or help desk roles.

- Certification: Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II Certification, and CompTIA A or equivalent.
- Other Requirements: Excellent communication and customer service skills
