We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with exceptional Business Analysis and Documentation skills to lead and deliver technology-focused initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will manage end-to-end IT projects, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure all requirements and processes are clearly documented. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage IT projects through the full project lifecycle (initiation to deployment).
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across all levels.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, infrastructure, and business units.
Business Analysis:
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to identify current processes and recommend improvements.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise functional requirements for technical teams.
- Support development and QA teams during the design, build, and testing phases.
- Participate in solution validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Documentation:
- Create and maintain key project documentation such as:
- Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Functional and Technical Specifications
- Process Maps and Workflows
- User Stories and Use Cases
- Project Plans and Status Reports
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, version-controlled, and stored appropriately.
- Develop end-user documentation, training guides, and knowledge base content when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Solid experience in business analysis within IT environments.
- Proven ability to deliver complex IT projects (software, infrastructure, systems integration).
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, and Office 365.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification.
- CBAP or other business analysis certification.
- Background in software development, system implementation, or enterprise IT.
- Experience with cloud platforms, data integration, or ERP systems is a plus.
