Salary: $62,000 - $72,000 per annum

Responsibilities
- Review and analyze website specifications
- Technical requirements
- Content needs
- Visual design briefs
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Create and refine QA process for both clients and the internal team
- Develop QA protocols on a per project basis that align to the project and/launch needs.
- Research and adapt to new technologies to stay up-to-date with technology standards
- Review, respond, and assign incoming help desk trouble tickets
- Oversee weekly automated website maintenance procedures
- Experience with agile projects and QA methodology
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Knowledge of testing software (e.g. Bugherd, Browserstack, Lambda, Email on Acid)
- Ability to learn new technologies and software quickly
