Responsibilities:
- Accurately process payroll including: regular pay, overtime, deductions, bonuses, commissions, etc.
- Act as the point of contact for all employee payroll inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
- Address benefit inquiries
- Maintain employee records in HRIS and help with on/offboarding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related business field
- 3 years of related experience
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Proficient in payroll software
