HR Generalist
Our client is a private Christian school in Durham, NC, looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage a wide range of HR duties, including payroll, benefits, compensation, policy administration, and compliance. This role will support school leadership with people-related matters, adapting to the needs of the school on a daily basis .
This is a full time , direct hire position with a competitive base salary and benefits. There is no sponsorship or corp to corp arrangements for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Benefits & Payroll : Administer benefits programs, coordinate open enrollments, and manage bi-monthly payroll.
- Policy & Compliance : Oversee FMLA, leave policies, PTO, and update the employee handbook. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
- Compensation : Manage annual salary increases and new hire compensation.
- Records & Reporting : Maintain employee records and handle compliance reporting.
