Director of Business Development and Provider Sales

Location : Schaumburg, IL

Position Overview

The nation’s leading, independent multi-specialty group is rapidly growing throughout Chicagoland and is seeking a results-driven Director of Business Development and Sales to lead a small team in expanding their market reach, with a core focus on priority services areas, including Radiology, Infusion, and PT / OT. This individual will be responsible for driving growth, and overseeing sales initiatives that enhance revenue and market share across prioritize service lines.

Strategic Sales Leader – Healthcare Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to drive business growth.
  • Market Expansion : Develop relationships with local healthcare providers, including physician practices, specialty groups, and hospitals, to enhance market reach.
  • Revenue Growth : Design and implement sales strategies to increase service utilization and revenue across key service lines.
  • Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and create targeted outreach initiatives to expand market presence.
  • Partnership Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure sustained collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Strategy : Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and optimize results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with operations, marketing, and clinical teams to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
