- Corporations and Manufacturers (catalogs and marketing literature)
- National Organizations (publications and membership booklets)
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Build relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the company’s key features and benefits.
- Address customer inquiries promptly to foster trust and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent follow-ups and follow-through.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close sales opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to identify new opportunities.
- Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to enhance product and service offerings.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics using the company’s CRM system.
- Ensure all prospect and customer contacts, as well as quotes for new opportunities, are documented in the CRM.
- Meet weekly activity benchmarks for contacts and quotes to track and adjust performance as needed.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, highlighting progress, opportunities, and feedback, by Sunday evening.
- Partner with the customer service team to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in a Sales Executive, Account Manager, or similar sales role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the relevant industry or product is preferred.
