The leadership of a manufacturer’s rep agency asked HireneXus to help them hire a key salesperson in the southeast. This person will carry the title of Sales Representative and be responsible for driving sales for 10 manufacturers through a dynamic territory.

- Drive sales growth within the assigned territory by effectively promoting agency products.
- Identify, engage, and expand client networks through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to maximize long-term partnerships.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
- Conduct training sessions for distributors and end-users, demonstrating product applications and advantages.
- Ensure timely and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide management and manufacturing partners with detailed reports on market opportunities, challenges, and business needs.
- Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to gain a deep understanding of product lines, manufacturing partnerships, and client industries.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
