Role And Responsibilities
Developing Total Rewards Strategy:
- Design and implement a comprehensive global total rewards strategy aligned with the organization’s culture, goals, and values.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to embed total rewards into talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative reward solutions.
- Build and oversee competitive global compensation frameworks, including salary bands, job grading, and incentive plans.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure fair and competitive compensation.
- Work with leadership to establish and manage bonus, equity, and long-term incentive programs.
- Lead the annual salary review and merit increase cycles.
- Develop and administer global benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Assess and recommend improvements to benefits offerings based on employee feedback and market trends.
- Collaborate with brokers and vendors to secure cost-effective, high-quality benefits.
- Ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations, including ACA reporting and audits.
- Create communication plans to inform employees about total rewards programs.
- Develop resources to help employees understand their compensation and benefits.
- Serve as a go-to resource for employees and managers regarding rewards policies.
- Ensure adherence to relevant compensation and benefits laws across global markets.
- Maintain accurate documentation and produce reports to support audits, budgeting, and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with HRIS teams to maintain data integrity and streamline total rewards systems.
- Provide strategic advice to HR and business leaders on total rewards matters.
- Lead and mentor HR team members to achieve organizational objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support overall HR and business goals.
Education and Professional Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS, SHRM-CP/SCP) are a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions, with a strong track record in total rewards strategy.
- Experience in multi-national organizations is highly desirable.
- Proficient in analyzing complex data to generate actionable insights.
- Expertise in creating compensation structures, job evaluations, and conducting market analyses, particularly in the US and Europe.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits administration, including wellness and retirement plans in diverse markets.
- Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build influence and collaborate across various organizational levels.
