HireNow Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director for OB & NICU to lead and manage operations in a dynamic healthcare facility in Marquette, MI. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership :
Develop and implement department goals, plans, and standards aligned with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical organizational objectives.
Oversee patient care delivery, information technology utilization, service level determination, and compliance management.
Plan and oversee staffing activities, including hiring, orientation, evaluation, disciplinary actions, and continuing education programs.
Effectively communicate and work with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations within the broader healthcare system.
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree required.
Minimum of 10 years of RN experience , with at least 5 years in OB or NICU .
