About the Opportunity : HireNow Staffing is seeking an experienced Director of Medical / Surgical (RN) to lead the Med / Surg Care Unit at a top healthcare facility in Wilson, NC . This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for an experienced nurse leader ready to make a significant impact on patient care and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee clinical and administrative operations of the Med / Surg Care Unit
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state & federal regulations, and accreditation standards
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements : Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred)
Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Current RN licensure (NC / Multistate)
