Job Summary
We are looking for an individual to join our client’s team as a Human Resources Assistant. You will support the Background/Credentialing team with a variety of administrative-related tasks. Updating employee records, auditing files, and ensuring compliance with Form I-9 requirements. This project is essential for streamlining operations, improving data accuracy, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Job Description
- Review and audit active employee files
- Data collection on files that require updates in accordance with current policies and procedures
- Scan and upload all inactive staff in the OnBase system
- Scan, upload, and index active employee files in the OnBase system
- Assist team with I-9 Compliance project: auditing active and inactive employee I-9
- Assist the Director of Background Administration with new Credentialing
- Application implantation projects
- Collaborate with the HR Management team with administrative support
Skills Required
- 2 years’ experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel (reporting, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data management)
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Project management
Education/Training/Certifications
- Completed High School (Diploma or GED)
Additional Requirements
- Shift time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay Rate
- $25-$29 per hour
