Description: Job Title: General Laborer (Retail Store Remodel)
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team for a retail store remodel project. As a General Laborer, you will assist with a variety of tasks, including stocking shelves, unloading and loading trucks, and helping with the overall store renovation. This is a hands-on, physical position requiring manual labor, and no previous experience or specialized skills are necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stocking Shelves: Ensure products are stocked and organized on shelves in an orderly manner according to store guidelines.
- Unloading & Loading Trucks: Assist with unloading products and merchandise from delivery trucks and loading items to be stored or displayed in the store.
- Retail Store Remodel Support: Help with tasks associated with store remodeling, including rearranging merchandise, setting up displays, and maintaining a clean work area.
- General Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment throughout the remodel process.
Job Requirements:
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise (up to 50 lbs) and stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Team Player: Work effectively as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
- Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
- No Experience Needed: We provide on-the-job training; prior experience in retail or warehouse environments is a plus, but not required.
- No PPE Required: Standard work clothing is sufficient for this role. PPE is not required.
