Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure efficiency in production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, optimizing workflow, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity.
Duties
- Develop and implement production plans to meet operational goals
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes
- Utilize MRP and SAP systems for inventory control and production planning
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement
- Oversee plant operations and manage a team of production staff
- Coordinate supply chain management activities to optimize material flow
- Drive initiatives for plant management and operational excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and supply chain management
- Familiarity with MRP systems, SAP, and lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to lead a team effectively and drive performance improvements
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments
