Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers, providing information about products or services, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- Use Salesforce or similar CRM software to track and update customer information
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish if required
- Negotiate sales and address customer concerns
- Meet or exceed sales quotas on a monthly basis
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; fluency in Spanish is advantageous
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales
- Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging with customers

Pay: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
