Overview
As a Senior Quality Assurance Implementation Specialist, you will be tasked with reviewing onboarding requests for new customers to ensure they are completed accurately in preparation for customer go-live. You will be accountable for ensuring that all processes and procedures are adhered to in accordance with HireRight's legal, contractual, and compliance requirements whenever an account is created or updated.
Responsibilities
Perform All Implementation Specialist Functions:
- Perform quality check on new customer setup accounts.
- Utilize reports and analyse patterns and establish training as needed for the Account Setup team.
- Partner with Internal departments as needed regarding account setup requirements and to seek assistance or support as necessary.
- Accountable for the account setup processes and regularly contribute to program improvements.
- Troubleshoot setup errors and implement a solution.
- Meet expected SLAs as determined by management and manage all assigned QA cases to timely completion.
- Identify potential pitfalls and develop a solution to avoid impact to customers and proactively address/correct these issues.
- Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Lead or participate in small special projects and provide input, analyse data, and perform needed tasks.
Plus Ability to Perform the Following Functions:
- Capable of working on every level of account setup, but primarily focus on complex, high-profile customer accounts.
- Considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in account setup for various internal requestors regarding direction for complex account setups, products, and platforms.
- Ability to create/update training documentation and review all other training documentation created by others to ensure accuracy before posting.
- Ability to train and mentor new and existing team members on various levels of setup, products, and platforms.
- Write, submit, and follow up on IT project requests.
- Triage customization's with the IT/Development team.
Qualifications
Required skills & Experience:
- High level experience in using HireRight Systems would be desirable.
- Minimum of two years related experience preferred.
- Effective, business appropriate verbal and written communication.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Skilful at researching, collecting and effectively utilizing data; uses intuition and experience to resolve problems and devise solutions.
- Ability to become proficient in the use of all HireRight proprietary operating and reporting systems and available tools.
