- Review and approve project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of construction management experience, preferably within the industrial real estate sector.
- Proven experience as an owner representative or in a similar role managing large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety standards.
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and other project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
