Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage large-scale commercial concrete construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete or concrete restoration, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, RFI’s, procurement, project financial projections, and schedule.
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and foremen to plan and direct project activities.
- Read and understand project drawings.
- Supervise commercial concrete projects.
- Recruit and interview potential candidates for successful project execution.
- Organize and manage the day-to-day workflow of projects.
- Price and track all change orders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of concrete construction experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (highly preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
