Job Description:
- The People Services Director is a partner to the executive and leadership team members, responsible for defining, developing, and implementing People Service initiatives.
- The PSD is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of People Services, including employee relations, compensation management, performance management, training and leadership development.
- This is a hands-on role where the Director and performs day-to-day human resource and department operational tasks.
