Additionally, the proven ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity, and exceptional skills in communicating and managing across all levels of leadership are desired here.COO Role Highlights : The COO will have responsibility for long-term strategic initiatives, as well as day-to-day operations, ensure efficiency, quality, and growth as the organization continues to scale. Key Responsibilities : Integration Oversight
- Develop a comprehensive integration plan, Lead and manage the integration of operations, systems, and teams across multiple businesses, aligning priorities across multiple stakeholders.Operational & Staff Management
- Oversee the company's daily operations, including clinical services, logistics, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement scalable systems and processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of directors and managers across departments.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive operational integration across entities to create a unified, high-performing organization.Strategic Planning and Execution
- Work as a team with the CEO and senior leadership to set and execute the company's strategic goals, with a strong focus on integration success.
- Identify opportunities for innovation implement best practices.
- Ensure alignment between operational strategies and organizational objectives.Financial Oversight
- Partner with the VP Finance to develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
- Monitor operational metrics, analyze data, and report on key performance indicators.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.Qualifications :
- 10 years senior leadership in mobile medical device / healthcare services
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
- Experience managing 250 employee organizations
- Wide-ranging knowledge of healthcare delivery systems
- Operational integration expertise
- Change management capabilities
- Strategic thinking Strong leadership and communication
- Adaptability in dynamic environments
