Responsibilities :
- This position will be responsible for overseeing the Installation department for the local market to ensure all jobs are completed with optimal results in a timely and cost effective manner
- Ensures a high level of customer service is provided to internal and external clients by supporting the organization's strategic goals, while constantly measuring processes / procedures to improve the overall profitability of operations
- Manage all phases of AV installations / projects including budgetary requirements
- May be responsible for direct supervision of field teams and expected to motivate, praise, mentor and coach on performance issues
- Manage project scheduling and identify and solve issues that will impact the project and schedule
- Provide regular project updates / communication with Clients, Sales, and Operations
- Oversee and responsible for coordination of metrics / completion / updates of all installation projects
- Participate in contract process and project administration when needed / required
- Ensure that project deliverables and milestones are met including close out documentation and punch list items
- Attend construction meetings
- Perform pre-installation site surveys
- Maintain and authorize / complete material stock / order
- Quality control / check on finished product / projects including testing
- Post project walkthrough with client communicating system performance to the customer
- Possible assistance with actual installation of products / services when needed
- Assist with product returns and change order process
- Help define and work with management on AV installation best practices and refine associated procedures, templates, tools, and documentation
- Assuring field team is adhering to all safety guidelines of the Company and Customer requirements
