Contributes to the Marketing Communications job family in a support capacity.
Coordinates activities involved in the preparation of advertising, sales promotion and publicity in support of the marketing of company products.
Maintains schedules, tracks expenditures and budgets, maintains stock of literature, mails catalogs, updates and adds records to computer databases.
May assist in the logistics of planning and set up for trade shows.
Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Marketing Communications.
Provides overall service to clients and brokers in the Under 250 employee market
Communicates directly with clinets and brokers
Works with various internal teams to process change requests
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strict timelines and dynamic priorities is required.
Experience using critical thinking and problem solving to navigate complex processes and ambiguity is required
Attention to detail with the ability to work with data systems and operational processes a must.
Experience with Microsoft Office products including but not limited to PPT and OneNote as well as Adobe is required.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of group employee benefits, including SH products that include accidental injury, critical illness and hospital care insurance preferred.
1-2 Years In Employee Health Benefits Is Preferred
Experience in life and health insurance and/or medical is extremely helpful.
Background in working with contracts a bonus.
