Job Summary : In this role, you will support marketing initiatives by coordinating advertising, promotions, and operational tasks. Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and databases, communicating directly with clients and brokers, and assisting with change requests. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe, and experience in insurance or employee benefits. This is a fulfillment-focused position requiring excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
Responsibilities :
Perform a fulfillment-focused role, supporting the Marketing Communications team.Coordinate activities for advertising, sales promotion, and publicity to support marketing initiatives.Maintain schedules, track budgets and expenditures, and manage literature inventory.Handle catalog mailings and update records in computer databases.Assist in the planning and logistics of trade shows as needed.Deliver outputs such as documents, analyses, and reports within agreed timelines and quality standards.Communicate directly with clients and brokers in the Under 250 employee market.Process changes requests in collaboration with internal teams.Work independently to prioritize tasks, with regular oversight from senior professionals.
Skills :
Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strict timelines and shifting priorities.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex processes and ambiguity.Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with data systems and operational workflows.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint and OneNote) and Adobe software.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of group employee benefits (e.g., accidental injury, critical illness, hospital care insurance) preferred.Previous experience in life and health insurance or medical fields is highly desirable.Familiarity with working on contracts is a bonus.Experience in remote work environments.Intermediate PC skills are required.

Education :
Preferred : Bachelor's DegreeRequired : High School Diploma / GED with 2 years of insurance experience or an associate's degree.
