- What You’ll Do :
- Evaluate and enhance customer programs, including energy efficiency demand response electrification , and renewable energy offerings
- Lead the creation of a centralized research repository—a game-changing resource for tracking internal and external research on customer product offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline research and program evaluation.
- Present impactful reports, summaries, and insights to optimize program success.
- What We’re Looking For :
- A bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Public Policy, Business, or related field).
- 3-5 years of experience in energy industry customer programs (e.g., energy efficiency, clean transportation).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in program evaluation, regulatory research, or clean energy is a big plus!
