Job Summary
This is a detailed-oriented role that involves maintaining procedures, electronic files, and calibration records. The successful candidate will ensure all documents meet documented requirements, track calibrated instruments, and verify calibration certificates.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain electronic files of controlled procedures, ensuring proper revision levels and required training are up-to-date
- Ensure all documents meet documented requirements
- Proficiently use Microsoft Word and Excel
- Track Calibrated instruments
- Ensure all calibrations for the facility are completed
- Verify that all calibration certificates meet documented requirements
- Maintain continuous production by ensuring no measurement devices are expired
- Maintain records of all calibration activities and certificates in Calibration software
- Issue calibrated instruments to employees as needed
Quality Assistant
- Aid Quality team as needed - final inspections, scan and file paperwork
- Support the Quality team in implementing and monitoring quality processes
Requirements
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail, able to follow the documented procedures
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible with learning new skills
