Job Description:
- Manage a caseload of 50-100 employee leave cases, including reasonable accommodations, ADA, return to work, workers' compensation, FMLA, and company leaves of absence
- Serve as a liaison between employees and the Hartford, the vendor managing short-term disability, long-term disability, parental leave, and FMLA plans
- Attend meetings with managers, HR business partners, and the vendor to determine return to work plans and accommodations for employees
- Utilize case tracking software, such as ServiceNow, to manage and update employee cases
- Support the leave administration team with projects and initiatives, particularly related to workers' compensation
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in benefits administration, leave management, or a related HR role
- Knowledge of leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, STD, and LTD
- Proficient in using HR-related software, such as UKG, Workday, and ServiceNow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must Have :
- 2 years’ experience in benefits administration, leave of absence knowledge
- FDA, ADA, & STD experience-
