Job description:
Our client is seeking experienced Program Coordinators to join our team and support high-volume service entry and billing processes through SAP. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling service entry, sheet billing, and work order processing through SAP
- Researching and resolving purchase order and work order errors
- Communicating with vendors, job runners, PMs, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate billing
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation in Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications
- Participating in weekly vendor meetings to address any outstanding issues
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or 2 years of college; degree preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a procurement, supply chain, or administrative support function
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office 365 applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, particularly in work order and PO management (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday, UKG, or other HRIS systems
- Familiarity with Power Apps or other business intelligence tools
- Background in the utility, energy, or related industry
