Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality assurance efforts across multiple projects within the PSCo region
- Review, approve, and maintain project quality documentation
- Conduct field reviews with project teams and facilitate vendor quality setup
- Ensure compliance with test plans and oversee supporting documentation
- Manage and track nonconformance issues; perform root cause analysis
- Conduct vendor documentation audits to ensure alignment with Client quality standards
- Support and coach project managers through QA process and reporting
- Leverage Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, and (ideally) ProCore to manage documentation and collaboration
- Work across a highly collaborative environment with internal and external stakeholders
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5–7 years in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, ideally in industrial, commercial, oil/gas, or large utility environments
- Knowledge: Understanding of ISO 9001, API standards, and QA fundamentals
- Tools: High proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams; ProCore experience is a plus
- Soft Skills: Strong communicator, detail-oriented, naturally curious, proactive, and safety-first mindset
- Work Style: Field-savvy, documentation-obsessed, and thrives in a matrixed, fast-paced setting
