Job Title: Quality Inspector I
Location: Framingham, MA-01701
Duration: 12 months
Shift: Wednesday - Saturday; 08:30 AM – 7 PM
We are seeking for a detail-oriented individual with 0-3 years of experience to handle quality control (QC) laboratory support tasks, primarily focusing on sample management, documentation, and basic lab support like glassware cleaning and data entry.
This is not a hands-on testing role but a support role ensuring smooth operations in the QC lab. GMP experience is a strong preference, and a science background (especially in microbiology or chemistry) is nice to have but not required. A high school diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are must-haves.
The ideal candidate is someone with laboratory support experience, understands CGMP regulations, and is organized, accurate, and can work with minimal supervision.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Receive and document samples coming into the QC lab.
- Dispose of samples after testing is complete, following proper procedures.
- Distribute samples to the correct testing labs or teams.
- Enter data into lab databases and ensure all documentation is correctly filed and maintained.
- Request, maintain, and track logbooks used for sample management.
- Order and manage lab supplies to ensure the lab is well-stocked.
- Clean and store glassware used in lab testing.
- Track sample inventory and manage reserve samples for future reference.
- Follow GMP guidelines in all tasks and work safely, especially when handling biohazardous materials.
- Work independently while being proactive in following SOPs and general instructions.
Salary : $26 - $27
