We are looking for an SAP Security Architect to lead and manage SAP security, GRC, and SOD compliance across global teams. This role requires expertise in SAP security authorizations, troubleshooting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with company's security policies. You’ll collaborate with functional teams, lead security workshops, and oversee technical implementation, testing, and documentation. Strong project leadership, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential. If you have 10 years of SAP security experience in healthcare or a regulated industry, this could be a great fit!

Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Tasks:

1. Primary Liaison – Act as the main connection between functional teams, process owners, and security teams to ensure business security needs are met.
2. SAP Security & Authorizations – Manage and configure user roles, permissions, and access controls to maintain security compliance.
3. GRC & SOD Compliance – Update and refine GRC rule sets to ensure proper access management and minimize risk.
4. Project Execution & Workshops – Lead security workshops, gather requirements, and execute security projects within SAP landscapes.
5. Security Troubleshooting – Conduct root cause analysis and resolve security issues impacting SAP systems.
6. Technical Support & Documentation – Provide technical advice, test security solutions, and ensure all documentation (change requests, system validation) is updated.
7. Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure SAP security aligns with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
8. Vendor & Partner Coordination – Collaborate with external partners and service providers to manage security solutions and ensure compliance.
9. Evaluation of New Technologies – Assess and recommend security tools/software to improve SAP security processes.
