Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership:
- Own the complete project lifecycle—from definition and planning through implementation and closeout—ensuring alignment with agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality metrics.
- Strategic Execution:
- Drive multiple cost reduction projects, leveraging proven methodologies to optimize our water treatment operations.
- Team & Resource Management:
- Provide daily direction to project teams, ensuring that all necessary resources are in place to achieve key milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Establish and maintain robust communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely updates.
- Change Management:
- Implement effective change management practices to adapt to evolving project demands and mitigate risks proactively.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and status reports, delivering clear insights to senior leadership and relevant agencies.
Required Qualifications
