Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Shift Timing :
Mon-Fri 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm EST.
Mon-Fri 8 : 30 am- 5 : 00pm EST.
Job Description :
- Customer service is the primary function but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services.
- May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
- Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. Handles customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and records consistent problem areas.
- Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and / or troubleshooting. Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and / or services.
- A college degree is not a prerequisite but nice to have.
- Bi-lingual English / Spanish is nice but, not required.
- There is no mandatory OT
