Job Description :
The Global eCommerce Operations team is responsible for operational stability of hundreds of eCommerce sites and integrations across many brands and markets. This role plays a key part in optimizing how we work together, breaking down silos and aligning collaboratively around defined goals and priorities.
A leader in this role will be passionate about establishing and managing light-weight frameworks, using data to break down problems toward collaborative, impactful solutions with business and technology leaders.
To start, this is a highly cross-functional individual contributor role that supports the highest performing brands in the North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analysis of key trends based on impact to form optimization recommendations
- Anticipate potential impact and proactively communicate issues / concerns immediately in order to avert operational inefficiency
- Cascade information and materials that support our desired interaction models
- Help to establish a structure for regular meetings and executive statuses
- Uncover and exposing bottlenecks in our ways of working, improving visibility across regions to avoid overlapping efforts
- Set and track OKRs on operational integrity for quarterly stakeholder review
- Identify metrics from various sources to highlight patterns, trends, and opportunities
- Establish best practice documents and cascade to appropriate teams to promote operational excellence at all levels of the business
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams to enable best practice learnings and increased alignment across the division
