Requirements:
- Strong background in professional practice and ANCC recognition programs (Pathway to Excellence & Magnet).
- Leadership experience managing professional practice, quality, or nursing excellence programs.
- Ability to drive shared governance, staff engagement, and professional development initiatives.
- Minimum of BSN required. Masters in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience at a manager/director level or related education in lieu of experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
