Key Responsibilities
- Device & Equipment Support Assist in setting up and programming speech-generating devices, alternative access methods, and mounting systems for client setups.
- Scheduling & Coordination Help schedule customer visits and training sessions to ensure smooth operations.
- Client Interaction & Documentation Maintain accurate records of interactions, customer feedback, and follow-ups to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- SLP & Family Engagement Assist in managing communication with Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) and families as needed.
- Logistics Management Oversee the coordination of monthly loan equipment meetings and device distribution.
- Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries when appropriate, escalating them to ATS team members when necessary.
- Team Collaboration Participate in team meetings, training, and discussions to enhance service and efficiency.
- Additional Duties Perform other assigned tasks to support the teams overall effectiveness.
