What Youll Do :

Drive Success and Profitability

  • Create and implement sales-building strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze P&L data to make informed decisions and develop actionable plans.
  • Collaborate with your District Manager to design local store marketing campaigns.

    • Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

  • Train and empower your team to provide outstanding service that delights Guests.
  • Respond to Guest feedback with solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure top-notch product quality and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

    • Lead and Inspire Your Team

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a talented, high-performing team.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth.

    • What You Bring to the Table :

  • A high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
  • Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Over 2 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in quick-service restaurants.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant systems.
  • A passion for leadership, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional Guest experiences.

    • Essential Details :

  • Physical Requirements : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in varying environments.
  • Schedule : Flexibility to work extended hours and adapt to a dynamic schedule as needed.
