We've partnered with a privately held, faith-based company that develops and manufactures Speech Generating Devices, software, and educational resources. For over 35 years, they've focused on serving people with communication disorders throughout the United States.
Our partners are a fast-paced, innovative company with a strong mission to share the love of Christ by providing communication devices and advocating for those in need. Their team is small but dynamic and are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead and contribute directly to several critical initiatives in 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive the completion of key 2025 initiatives, including:

- Reducing Loan Library Processing Times.
- Go-to-market with APEX Table Top Mount, Wheelchair Mount, and Rolling Floor Mount.
- Launching the Funding Portal.
- Rolling out ProSlate 10 revision, ProSlate 6 AAC device, and SoundPOD upgrade.
- Managing the completion and launch of CoughDrop Pro software.
- Take a hands-on approach to specific tasks, such as preparing project deliverables, reviewing documentation, and coordinating directly with developers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, and sales/marketing.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, including Sparq developers.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, and implement solutions proactively.
- Streamline project management processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Regularly report progress, milestones, and outcomes to the CEO and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly in product development and software launches.
- Ability to balance high-level project management with hands-on execution of critical tasks.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Technical understanding of software development and/or engineering projects is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems.
- PMP certification or equivalent is required (or demonstrable equivalent experience in complex project management)
