Our client is committed to supporting the success of small businesses across various industries, including grocery, restaurants, retail, spas/salons, and automotive. We are seeking both entry-level and experienced Inside Sales Representatives who prioritize client relationships and possess strong customer service skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in Downers Grove, IL!

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and potential clients, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored product/service recommendations
• Overcome objections by delivering key information and emphasizing the benefits of services offered
• Generate new business through outbound calling
• Successfully close deals and meet sales targets
• Present new products and services to clients
• Maintain accurate records and detailed notes in the database
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish/Arabic) are highly desired
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Arabic) are a plus
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
• Strong determination to succeed
• Flexible, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Full-time availability required
