Job Overview:
We are seeking a Program Manager/Certified Athletic Trainer to oversee injury prevention, symptom intervention, and ergonomic support in an industrial setting. This role involves employee engagement, service management, and client relationship maintenance to ensure high-quality Work-Fit services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide injury prevention services and ergonomic support in an industrial setting.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and reviews.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team to ensure top-tier service delivery.
- Manage budgets, track service interactions, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Implement safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Support professional development and marketing initiatives for Work-Fit services.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Athletic Trainer in Kentucky (or eligible for licensure).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in athletic training.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic team.
