Role: Labor & Delivery RN (Night Shift) – Temp-to-Perm
Shift: 12-Hour Nights | 36 Hours/Week | Every 3rd Weekend

Join the dedicated team at Monadnock Community Hospital’s Birthing Suite, where individualized attention and expert care define the birth experience. We're seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a firm temp-to-perm opportunity to support patients through all phases of labor and postpartum care.
Application Requirements:
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Perm address must be included with submission
- No Thanksgiving RTO will be approved
Unit Information:
- 8-bed unit
- Ratios: 1:1 (active labor), 1:2–3 (Mother/Baby)
- No OR or C-section experience required
- Strong EMR skills required
- Non-billable orientation: 8 hours
- OT & Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years recent OB/Labor & Delivery experience
- Fetal Monitoring experience
- AWHONN, NRP, BLS (AHA) certifications
- Previous travel experience – highly preferred
- STABLE and BSN – preferred
