We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our team in Hartford, CT. In this full-time role, you’ll provide comprehensive, culturally sensitive care to a diverse pediatric population, working collaboratively with a supportive healthcare team focused on excellence and equity.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct thorough pediatric assessments and deliver evidence-based care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and external providers
- Document accurately and efficiently using EHR systems
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical development projects
What You’ll Need:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing and Pediatric NP program
- Active CT Nurse Practitioner license, with eligibility for DEA and CT controlled substance registration
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
