Position Overview:
We are seeking a Children's Mental Health Supervisor / Coordinator to lead the Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) Program. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality service delivery, mentoring staff, and collaborating with external entities to improve access to mental health care for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Lead recruitment, screening, and interviewing processes.
- Manage team assignments and monitor service capacity.
- Provide training, mentorship, and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and audits.
- Track and monitor data for state reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a small caseload of clients.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Active LMSW, LMFT, LCAT, or LMHC licensure.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Services.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
