Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive estate planning consultations to understand client needs and objectives.
- Prepare and execute various estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Provide guidance on estate and gift tax planning, asset protection strategies, and succession planning.
- Navigate complex legal and tax implications related to estate planning and probate processes.
- Handle trust administration, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Oversee uncontested probate actions, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to estate management and planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 4 years of dedicated experience in estate planning, with a strong understanding of probate law, trusts, trust administration, and tax planning.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida with a clean record.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in legal research tools and familiar with current estate planning software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
