Location:
4106 Bridge Ave., Cleveland, OH 44113 (In-office). We are amendable to other nearby satellite locations for the right candidate.
What You’ll Be Handling
- Manage a caseload of high-value and complex personal injury matters
- Conduct initial consultations and client intake evaluations
- Oversee case strategy and execution from pre-litigation to trial
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Take and defend depositions; attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
- Supervise support staff, including paralegals and case managers
- Maintain regular client communication and ensure high client satisfaction
- Contribute to firm growth through mentorship and strategic input
Who You Are
- A licensed attorney in Ohio.
- Minimum of 5–10 years of experience handling personal injury cases
- Proven success in settling and litigating high-value cases
- Gritty, solutions-focused, and excited to take ownership of your cases.
- A fast learner who wants to grow as a litigator and advance your legal career.
- Positive, driven, and always looking to go above and beyond for your clients and your team.
