Job Title : Estate Planning Coordinator (with Intake Experience)
Location : Maryland (Remote)
Compensation : $50,000 - $65,000 per year Bonuses

We are client-focused estate planning law firm dedicated to helping individuals and families secure their financial future. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estate Planning Coordinator with Intake Experience to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless client intake experience and supporting our attorneys in delivering top-tier legal services.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, providing a warm and professional experience.
Conduct initial intake calls to assess client needs and determine the appropriate next steps.
Schedule and confirm client consultations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain and update client records in the firm's CRM system.
Follow up with potential clients to encourage engagement and increase appointment retention.
Coordinate estate planning cases by ensuring all necessary documents and information are prepared.
Collaborate with attorneys and team members to optimize intake and case coordination processes.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including appointment scheduling and client engagement targets.
Compensation & Benefits :
Base Salary : $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
Bonus Opportunity : Earn an additional $250 per week if :
At least 16 video / office consultations are scheduled and kept for the current and following week.
A minimum 75% engagement rate is achieved (attorneys have an 85% engagement goal).

Work Schedule :
Fully remote position.
Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
Qualifications & Requirements :
A people-person who naturally enjoys speaking with and assisting people throughout the day.
Ability to quickly connect with callers, assess their needs, and build rapport to increase the likelihood of appointment retention.
Strong ability to follow structured instructions, procedures, and scripts to maintain attorney time-blocking and ensure the calendar is filled with qualified leads.
A results-driven professional who is motivated by goals and can consistently meet or exceed appointment-setting targets.
Self-sufficient and accountablesomeone who does not require micromanagement but can track and report their own performance metrics.
Prior experience in client intake, estate planning coordination, customer service, or administrative roles (legal experience preferred but not required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems and office productivity tools.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a strong commitment to client service.
