About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of experience handling a wide range of family law matters and be comfortable representing clients in domestic violence, divorce, child support, relocation, child timesharing and parental responsibility cases, as well as all discovery-related issues. Trial skills, negotiation abilities, legal memorandum writing, and drafting agreements are essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in family law matters, including domestic violence, divorce, child support, relocation, child timesharing, and parental responsibility cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, motions, pleadings, and agreements.
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production.
- Advocate for clients in court hearings, including in-person evidentiary hearings in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Provide compassionate and strategic counsel to clients navigating complex family law issues.
- Maintain a high ethical standard and work collaboratively as part of a dedicated legal team.
